About us
Who are Djurs Tours?
Cultural and historical experiences rooted in local Scandinavian landscapes.
Djurs Tours is a Danish local based company, offering cultural and historical based excursions in local Scandinavian landscapes. The company is based on the deep passion for the cultural roots of Scandinavia, and all our products are based on the old connection between the history, myths and legends, and the natural landscapes of the Nordic countries.
We provide a modern alternative to the existing market, by combining 2D digital guided storytelling with bus expeditions into original places that mainstream tourism does not reach, city walks with dramatic storytelling and guided RIB-boat adventures.
Our products are based on academic research through ancient chronicles, sagas and written accounts, then compared to archaeological finds, before being gathered as a new storytelling product, visualized by our own digital designs.
We take pride in historical accuracy, passionate storytelling and a natural, warm approach to our guests and customers that join our expeditions.
